Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands)
If you add the good weather of the Canary Islands to the party, laughter and costumes, the result is the carnivals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This Carnival is one of the most important in the world along with that of Rio De Janeiro. Impressive costumes, original parades and lots of music are the main protagonists of the festivity, which this year, as an exception, has been moved to the month of June.
Currently, the Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife aspires to become World Heritage.
It has two distinct parts, the “official” carnival and the carnival in the street. The official hosts more than 100 groups with an average of 50 components each: murgas, comparsas, costume groups, rondallas and musical groups. The street carnival is the participation of the citizens themselves in the street.
Carnival of Cádiz (Andalusia)

The Badajoz Carnival is the most important popular festival in the city and, usually, the most massive in Extremadura. In addition, its parade is considered one of the most important in Europe. Entroido of Xinzo de Limia (Galicia)
This Galician festival of International Tourist Interest is the cycle of Longest Carnival in all of Spainsince it begins on Fareleiro Sunday (three before Carnival Sunday) and ends with Piñata Sunday.
